Investigate WICKARD v. FILBURN, The Supreme Court Justices that ruled on the case, their political stance in the government and which POTUS appointed them. This case alone is the most referred to case when it comes to forcing laws down Americans throats, this was the primary tool used to get Obamacare passed. Quite an eye opener. Until we get this ruling overturned, our government can force its way into any aspect of our lives.
