Investigate the Story It is a pity that no one investigates the story behind the photograph below. The photographer is trying to depict a story, which is heart rendering and he has got talent, wins his merits. I feel that the well-meaning UN should investigate the story. It is not a secret that well-organized gangs are unscrupulously operating a beggar incorporation using needy people to beg at public places and exploiting their revenue. These people who appear to be beggars are professionals who earn a better income than most of the average workers by begging. Due to the strength of the illicit organization manipulating these beggar lookalikes, they cannot be prevented from infiltrating every ‘color-light’ junction where affluent drivers pause for the lights and other places where affluent people density is high. My heart goes out for poor people and we do many things in charity. The government has several care centres operated for them while there are many private charities operating homes for elders. The so called beggars cannot be retained at these care centres due to the lucid attraction of a lucrative income by resorting to begging. Few instances of their bank balances came to light in the recent past. We have reached the best level of MDG poverty target in South Asia. Yet this menace of organized begging is disturbing and should now come to a stop. The government is not turning on its field glasses focusing on this illegal and damaging business. If the government tightens the screws then sadly the opportunities for this kind of cinematic photography would also seize to exist.
