Investment of time, talents, treasures ~ Where there are fixed agendas, there is no room for flexibility, no policy or procedure for everyone to be heard or be involved in decision making. Any organization where you have no voice or a dismissed voice, silenced voice, a perceived voice there is no freedom and integrity is compromised. Where members have no say - ability to propose, support another members proposal, give opinion, or vote on a decision without being retaliated against,or marked youre involved in autocracy - one person ruling with absolute power; domineering rule or control. When you are volunteering and investing your time, talents, and treasures be mindful.
