Invitation to Participate in Paid Research Study: Fill out Two Surveys I am conducting a research study about the political behavior of convicted felons in America. In order to be eligible to participate in this study, you must fit the following criteria: • A United States Citizen • At least 18 years old • Convicted of at least one felony • Not currently in prison If you fit these criteria, we would like you to participate in our research study. Participation includes completing two surveys, about six weeks apart. The first survey must be completed in person, and should take about 20 minutes. The second survey should also take about 20 minutes, and can be completed in person, online, by phone, or by postal mail. Participation in the study should not take more than one hour in total. All subjects who complete the study will be paid $25 for their time. You can take the first survey at the Akron Urban League (440 Vernon Odom Blvd, Akron, OH 44307) during any of the following times: Thursday, October 2nd: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday, October 3rd: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday, October 4th: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Sunday, October 5th: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday, October 6th: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm If you would like to participate, come to the Akron Urban League (440 Vernon Odom Blvd, Akron OH) during the times listed above, or contact: Victoria Shineman AkronSurvey@gmail (234) 738-3768
