For more than a year now, he tricked Engineering graduates in Imo into what he called Imo Youth Engineering Corps. He is all over the media telling lies about how he has facilitated the professional training of those guys through ICAPS and that they are now COREN certifiable. The truth remain that all of them have regretted ever coming neer Rochas as they have not had a single training by ICAPS or any related outfit. Rochas wishes that Imo graduates will roast corn at the various market squares. I have listened carefully to him. He is the only relevant person in Imo and others remain peasants.
