Iphone 6 got people going crazy… Female customer called customer service angry and irate because she missed the fedex driver…. Customer service called me and I told them to put her through cause she wanted to make a complaint… So what had happened was, she lives in a building. Note in front of building says bells dont work. Neighbor comes out from hearing my driver knocking and says the customer is not home but according to customer my driver was too lazy to walk to the 3rd fl to where she lives and she took off work waiting all day for her phone… I gave her options, she was still mad and hung up on me. Then she called again. Mad cause she had to speak to me again. Showed up to my station with the screw face. I smiled and introduced myself, she rolled her eyes. Gave her the phone and told her to have a nice day with an even bigger smile, she quietly walked out with her head all stiff and uptight…..
