The source clarified “A group of the ISIL terrorists tried to attack a force from Salah-il-Din Operations Command positioned at Dijla district (30 km) to the south of Tikrit city but the force managed to confront the terrorists and kill seven of them and damage two Salah il-Din (IraqiNews) The security forces, supported by the Air Force, killed 40 ISIL elements while attacking Baiji Refinery of northern Tikrit.T\he Security Chief in Baiji Refinery, Ali al-Quraishi, stated to IraqiNews “The security forces supported by the Air Force foiled an ISIL attempt to target Baiji Refinery of northern Tikrit and killed 40 of them.” Salah il-Din (IraqiNews) Dozens of the security elements and the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant elements were either killed or injured due to the ongoing armed clashes in Samara. Security source stated to IraqiNews “Eight of the Iraqi Army elements were killed and 10 others injured and dozens of the ISIL elements were also killed or injured due to the ongoing clashes in Samara.” Baghdad (IraqiNews) The Iraqi Security killed and injured dozens of the elements of the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant near the Iraqi- Syrian borders.
