Irish Water debacle gets better. Just read a customer (tenant) set up a direct debit to pay their water charges. However Irish Water took it upon themselves to send the bank details on to his Landlord without permission. The guy has been trying to contact Irish Water for 2 days but no one will get back to him. Ive sent my complaint & questions to the Press Office as normal customer care channels yielded nowt. Still nowt from them. Regulator next stop. Lost for words at this travesty of a mockery; of a mockery of a sham!!
