Is SunTrust uniformly awful or just the Cabin John branch? I had to go to change an address on an organizational account. After waiting 65 minutes to see someone, I saw a person of such fantastic incompetence that she was probably fired by CVS before she began her career as a personal banker. She had ONE TASK---to change the address from that of a dead person (and yes I had the death certificate) to mine. She had my license in her hand. She managed to 1) get 6665 wrong twice--once as 665 and once as 655, 2) misspelled Macarthur 3) forgot to change Rockville to Bethesda and 4) entered 20816 as 20861. She also would not allow me to see the screen because that violated the banks policy so she had to print the damn thing out many many times until she finally got it correct. Wow. It took me over 90 minutes to get a very simple task accomplished. How? She needed a bio break in the middle of this monumental task. And all the while, Ms Incompetent said Thank you for being so patient! I was not patient. I was merely not rude enough to tell her what I thought.
