Is THIS Unconcsiable Conduct ...? Is THIS Unlawful Conduct...? A Public Company, with several thousand Employess tells ONE of its Employees ( Who has been employed by that company for past 7.5 Years) that their Position is to be made redundant ... The Loyal Employee takes the redundancy package offered ( albeit with some regret). THEN 6 weeks later the Company offer to Re-Employ the former employee, but asks them to repay the Redundancy Payment .... the employee refuses to accept that offer.... Then a week later the Company makes a revised offer to the former employee, in which they can keep their Redundancy Payment....and offers to Re-Employ that same person, in their former role... But with ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILTY.... But for LESS MONEY !!!
