Is any one else in the Dunn/Erwin or harnett county area experiencing unusual problems with the county water? According to my testing, the ph,chlorine, alkaline, and chlorine levels are WAY high! Ive lost over $2500 worth of koi fish in my pond due to these levels...and not being able to keep them under control by normal procedures! Wondering should I send the city/county a bill for my loss! Worse than my koi, I have a granddaughter on the way, and Im worried that if the levels are high enough to kill my fish, will they harm a new born?....
