Is it OK to express my views ? When I was a young Marine, and I mean young, Bibles were issued to all of us as a gift with instructions (not commands) to read it... For the first time in my life, I knew I was a somebody... I was a proud US Marine, and a Roman Catholic who was about to see the whole world many times including the POPE himself ! I truly believed in God, but didnt have any kind of inclination to preach or speak about my faith in Jesus Christ, not because I was weak, but rather, because I didnt wish for anyone to think I was some kind of a fanatic... I never did read that little pocket bible, and even though I was a believer, I was not saved... I eventually did became a Christian, according to the Bible definition... Things have now changed... People today, friends, family, and strangers avoid Christ, and His people... They wish Christians would just shut the hell up, and go away. Many of those same people, heretics, (someone who believes in God but is not a Christian) will defend their perceived rights to silence Christians, and they will defend the heathen, their religions, and other customs such as Islam... The way things are going now, this Admiral more then likely will find his name on the list to be removed from the military along with so many others who still hold fast to what made this nation great... That is so sad... Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, preaches, Well tear this G**damn country up, and even the Pope embraces Islam. He encourages and allows Muslims to enter the Roman Catholic church to speak and pray to a different god all together; even though Muslims will not permit Christians to enter, preach or pray in a Mosque... In the civilian sector, authorities work to stop senseless shootings in Ocala, Florida, that have led to the deaths of many innocent people, the city’s mayor recently took a different tack and asked the community to pray... Now hes being sued by atheist groups... God says, Preach the Gospel to every living creature ! Be ready to give a man an answer for the hope that is within you... Be instant in season and out, whether it is convenient or not... The Lord is the only one I need to obey and answer to... I will follow Him, and speak freely about my faith... What do you think ?
