Is it Thursday already?? Ring in the weekend a little early with Chef Toru Suzuki and his fantastic tasting menu! 3 courses for only $25/person; $37 with optional beverage pairing from 5-9 p.m. Course one features a tempting trio of fried soft shell shrimp; duck & shrimp boiled wonton; and an egg custard with a spicy yuzu ponzu. Enjoy with a nv Kurosawa sake. Course two will be a succulent pork rib end over rice soup with a carrot & cucumber salad. Enjoy alongside the 2011 Hess Chardonnay. For dessert, you must try the coconut flavored satsuma potato soup with banana chips, along with a nv Momokawa Pearl sake. See you tonight!!
