Is it ethical for the public to put this much pressure on a medical company in order for one child to receive a medication that hundreds were denied? Is the ability to run a successful petition on change.org or get enough likes on facebook enough for one individual to receive better medical treatment than others? I recognize that public outcry is incredibly important on correcting social injustices. As an LBGT advocate Im especially aware of the strength in numbers. However is this a policy that should be adapted when deciding who will be given a better chance to live? What do you think Steve Sullivan and Steve Aschmann?
