Is it just me or does FB sometimes make life harder? We judge ourselves from the “perfect lives” our friends post on Facebook and wonder if we measure up. We are bombarded with news postings that can be really depressing. We find out more about people dying and getting sick (perfect strangers at that) then we might know about if we weren’t connected to social media. I am beginning to wonder if my psyche is better off living in an isolated bubble. I am beginning to wonder if the good news I enjoy hearing about is weighed down by the bad news I would rather play ignorant to for as long as humanly possible.
