Is it me? or just the service. We had a party of 15 people, first my daughter was told they did not take reservations, OK! next she was told to have someone there at 6:15 to secure the table area. Upon arrival, she was told that at least half of our party would need to arrive before being seated. Once I arrived, I entered to speak with the Reservationist, she said, there is an hour wait for your party, I asked, WHY, Oh, because you all have such a large party. We were seated at 8:15 pm. Once seated, the one Waitress preceded to take the orders. Food came out and she was totally confused as to who ordered what and who gets drinks after you get your food. Yes, my food was good, but in very small portions. Salmon has to be served straight from the grill to the table or it gets really hard as witnessed by management. We were ready for the Birthday cake we brought and asked the waitress for the cake and she asked me if I was ready for my ticket. WHAT, does ticket sound like cake? One member of our party gave her cash and the correct change for her ticket which meant that she would have received no coins just bills. The waitress gave her bills and coin. Excuse me. I gave you the odd amount of coins for the ticket, Waitress, you should have told me that the change was in there, I do not have time to check for change (waitress slams a dollar on the table and says, here if .30 cents mean that much too you here is a dollar) WOW! can you say Manager. NOW! had this been the first time it might be overlooked, but the second visit is a NEVER AGAIN! I love Waitresses, but Customer Service is lacking in that place.
