Is it not a great shame that legislators who call themselves - TopicsExpress

Is it not a great shame that legislators who call themselves Ndi-Igbo would be busy running after their pockets right from the making to the series of amendments undergone so far by the 1999 Constitution. If this were not the case, how can one justify the provisions of sections 55 of the same Constitution to the effect that the business of the National Assembly shall be conducted in English, and in Hausa, IBO and Yoruba when adequate arrangements have been made therefor. My people, are we IBO or IGBO? Why the corruption of our most valued identity in the presence of our so-called representatives? Why is Hausa not written Awusa and Yoruba rendered Yoroba? Its embarrassing!
