Is it not amazing that we have no problem with people wearing themselves out in sports for pleasure, work for money, politics for power, and programs for charity, while many would die for national freedom, but never for progress in the Kingdom of God. Even more amazing is when well meaning people say, dont wear yourself thin in the Lords work, but never offer to help in labor, but possibly in prayer with their meal. Is it any wonder we see so little of Gods great working? Ive heard the words Ill die trying often for a good cause or personal goal. Lets truly consider our words of good will when we encourage saints, as those well-meaning notions could be the very words of discouragement. To God be the glory, amen. Ecclesiastes 9:10, whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest. God bless.
