Is it possible that the increased honesty exhibited by law enforcement over the last, say 20 or 30 years has caused people to push back against LEOs, causing some of the ugly incidents we see? In other words, if you are confident, (thanks to cell phone cameras, activists and a friendly media) that if a cop beats your ass without reason you will get a payday rather than a jail sentence, you are more likely to push his or her buttons and egg them on to see if theyll snap...because. like, why not? Not that we want to go back to a system of street justice by LE, but is the lack of concern about street justice causing people to act out? --AD
