Is it seeing ourselves as special through our own eyes, or is it seeing the way God sees us through His eyes? Paul talked about that no man should think of himself too highly (Romans 12:3) and it says we should put on the same humble mind that Christ had. When we see ourselves the way God sees us that if we were the only person on the planet he would have still have sent his son because he loves us that much, than we are seeing ourselves correctly.
