Is it worth taking a Humanities degree? The event as a whole engages with the question of employability and Humanities degrees, and includes a short presentation from a successful local theatre company Invisible Flock. The presentation will reflect on the company, their work and their personal and professional trajectory in the arts industry, including reference to how their humanities degree has helped them in their career. This will then be followed with time for question and answer and a debate which questions whether taking a humanities degree is worth while. Audience: This event is for anyone, particularly to those taking a humanities subject or are interested in the theatre and performing arts industry. Time and Place: Lecture Theatre 3 in the Hicks Building on 1 April at 4:00-5:45pm.
