Is not how well or good you started but how good you will end. Starting well and ending well/ faithfulnes. Stories are told of people who started very well but ended up in failure. King Soul was selected and crowned, first King of Isreal but deviated from the law and the covenant between him and God. He deviated from his purpose of being the King of Isreal as a result God removed his spirit from him and and became a failure. We have also read about King David as a young man (2 Samuel 12:1) he was selected by God and he was productive and successful in fighting against the enemies of Isreal. He was often referred to as a man after God‘s heart, but he sinned against God and Uriah, his general, by taking his wife when he had so many wives. But the prophet Nathan told him the story, a story of a King who has so many cattle and important stranger came to the King. Instead of killing one of his cattle to the stranger he then and took the one of a poor man‘s animal and killed it for the stranger. David became furious and said to Nathan anyone who did this shall be put to death. Nathan said to him you King David are the one. My people this type of prophet we are lacking today, we don‘t have Nathan in our government, Churches and families, back biting has taking over our God‘s given rosponsiblities replaced by selfishness, greedness, pride, wickedness for how long can we keep deviating? We have also read about Samson the mighty and powerful man who was empowered to defend his people, but because he love women so much he lost his purpose for which God created him and died the dead of fugitive. My good friends we are on a race, a race to eternity,a race to bring back our pass glory, a race to find the lost sheeps, a race to transform our homes, families, communities, Churches, States and the world over, let us participate fully, with focus and be brave to finished this race successfully. Happy Sunday to my wonderful friends.
