Is the Ministry of Communication aware of the bogus service Vodafone is rendering to its customers? I bought Top Up credit 3days ago and I couldnt recharge. I called their customer service and I was told there is a problem with that recharge card and that it will take 48hrs before I get my credit .I went and bought another Top up Credit and couldnt recharge that too. Is past 48hrs now and I still dont have my credit back. What is happening?
