Is the Mt Osceola Trail from the Tripoli Road side sufficiently trodden for following at night? Ive had a night hike/sunrise hike on the bucket list for quite some time and was thinking of hitting Osceola in the next week or two before they close the road. As I recall it had a good Easterly exposure on the outlook. However, I have never hiked in from the Tripoli Road side. I always come via the Kanc side. This trail is often recommended for a first 4k so I assume it isnt terribly challenging but Ive also read that it is fairly rocky at the bottom too (i.e. potentially tricky in the dark). Also, how is the lot on Tripoli Road: large enough I wont have to worry about a space? Outhouse? Signed well and easy to spot? Appreciate any feedback on the topic. Thanks.
