Is there anyone that I can complain about student finance to other than student finance? After today enough is enough, theyve lost my Mums death certificate and my birth certificate and they expect me to buy replacement copies when I havent had any income for four months because they havent paid me. I applied in April before the deadline date, they cancelled my application a week before my course started, they then made me redo it, after completion they said everything was fine and I would recieve my money in six weeks, this was three months ago, they then tried sending my tuition fee to a different university and thought that I was called bloody Fiona, my university rang up two months ago and they said that I had to send one form to them which Id already previously sent to them and that was it, a month later they asked for evidence to prove that Im an orphan and Im not dependant upon my parents, Ive now received news that I apparently never posted my documents when I did and I have proof. Its not just papers though, its my birth certificate and my Mums death certificate, theyre important documents! Ive had enough of living off frozen carrots, having the odd nice meal and not being able to go anywhere, wash my clothes or even buy a Christmas card. There has to be someone whos above them? Theyve left a student without any income for four months, I could have died by now and Im down to four stone, its ridiculous!
