Is there going to be a riot for this new Rascal Flatts song? It’s been fifteen years since Rascal Flatts came out on the country scene. Most acts would have been gone a long time by now, but Rascal Flatts are still putting out great songs and having big hits on radio. I think that’s a testament to how hard these guys work and to how good they are at what they do. The fans will always be receptive to great music. Riot – Rascal Flatts The song is about a guy that is really missing this woman. I think she’s gone for some reason or maybe she’s not gone yet and he’s just thinking about what would happen if she were to ever go for some reason. Maybe he’s talking to himself to make sure he always treats her right so that she never leaves. Maybe it’s a little open to interpretation in that sense, but either way you’re getting a little classic Rascal Flatts and some of the new sound Rascal Flatts in this one. The harmonies are there and as strong as ever. I would say that this one has a similar type feeling to songs like Broken Road and What Hurts The Most. Those were great songs and I think this one is pretty good too. I’m curious to see how well this one does on the charts. I think fans will connect with it, but we’ll have to see.
