Is there one spiritual teacher out there who doesnt talk about the ego and transcending the ego? All the non-dualistic & spiritual teachers tell you: Theres REALLY no ego, but ...to transcend that what doesnt exist you need to do/think/be xxx euhh? Until further notice what is referred to as the ego ... is a metaphor that describes whatever one is taught it describes. But then they forget that its a metaphor, and treat it as an entity with mighty powers that needs to be controlled, conquered, defeated, allowed to be, denied, not denied, ... How about we change the term ego into thoughts that are taken too seriously?
