Is this quote applicable to the citizenship rubber stamp provision in the Belize Constitution which denies born Belizean Citizens their inalienable God given rights as a lifetime citizen of Belize? Did Mr. George C. Price and his legal aid court appointed Lawyers get an opportunity to read the document before they accepted it as the Supreme Law of the Land? Or did they see it and said @$%* the Belizeans in the Diaspora this will teach them to abandon British Honduras and acknowledge allegiance to the United States? Never mind what they contributed to the development of the country, this will teach them a lesson, is that the way they were thinking? Is this the way the PUP still view the Belizean diaspora today? Respect and promote the love of the common people, after all we all deserve equal rights and justice.
