Is this you? You exercise regularly. You eat healthily most of the time. Yet you cannot see the results you want. You still cannot lose that tummy, you still are not happy with your arms/legs/bum etc. Then something has to change. Be true to yourself.. Here are some areas to look at ..1. Do you really push yourself to the max in each workout? 2. Do you add resistance training to your workout? 3. Do you do interval training ? 4. Do you take adequate rest in between workouts? 5. Do you drink lots of water ? 6. How is your diet really ? Sometimes it just takes a tiny change to make a big difference. Stay positive and stay dedicated and you will see the results you want. !!
