Is ur life a ladder or ceiling 2 d potentials of others????::::::: There is notin like d least person on earth, evry persons is a leader of some sort; if nt in d politics, church, family, if nt dere den in d street where sombdy wil xcuse u n ask 4 derection. As we re subjects of other pples leadership, so re we d objects of leadership 2 others. In a small or big way, leadership is leadership. Now d question is if u hv d chance, do u facilate pples progress or u frustrate it? Re u a bridge or a wall? D bridge helps pple 2 cross while d wall prevents. Which one re u? If u cannt b a ladder 4 others 2 climb 2 their destiny whn u re in d position 2 b, u wil also stuck @ d foot of d hill of ur destiny witout a push frm bhind or a pull frm front. If u delibrately dig pot-holes on d road 2 other pples destinies, u wil also b met wit a brick wall erected by anoder person on d way 2 ur destiny. We wil always need each other; GOD made it so. On ur way 2 success, u wil need other pples support, derectly or inderectly. 2 get it frm others, u 1st give it 2 those who need urs; dat is d way it works. If u re a boss in ur office or anywhere watever u xpect ur superiors 2 do 4 u, do same 2 ur subordinates. Make it a habit in ur life 2 give as many little favors 2 others in any way u can den u wil never need 2 spend much tym in fastin n prayers 4 favor in ur life, weder d devil likes it or nt GOD wil make it ur birth-right 4 pple 2 bless u. If u re nt an oppressor and somebdy wnts or tries 2 oppress u, GOD wil surely fight d battle 4 u and u wil win witout hvin 2 fight back........
