Is your biz on Facebook? Heres some info on their guidelines for running promotions/competitions on your page: https://facebook/business/news/page-promotions-terms In simple terms: 1. You can NOT ask people to tag friends or ask them to share your page or competition. However you can put If you tag a friend or give the page a share then it is much appreciated but is not a requirement of the competition. or something similar to that. 2. You can not message the winner of the giveaway, you either have to wait for them to message you, OR you leave an email for them to get in contact with in regards to the prize. 3.You MUST MUST MUST state that your competition is in no way at all affiliated or represented by Facebook and that it is solely down to yourself and your page, and is therefore only your responsibility *Thanks to The Crafty Network for sharing this info*
