Isaiah 42:3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. In recovery, sport and life there are three aspects. There is the physical which we feel with our flesh, the emotional which we feel with our heart and the spiritual which we feel with, well, our spirits. In this past week I fell of the wagon a little in all the above areas. Before there is panic, I didnt relapse, not in the common way. I did however fall into my old way of thinking and acting out. My life has been assulted with trials and tribulations and in an instant I forgot what God has done for me in the past and His favour on me by granting me to see another day when I shouldnt have. My message today is that no matter what we loose or what hard times we go through there is always hope and there is always tomorrow. Be of good faith, pray and support one another and always know the His love for us can never be extinguished. Boris K
