Isaiah 56:1 Thus says the LORD: Observe what is right, do what is just. God gives us several helpful guidelines to know what is right and just. The 10 commandments guide us toward God and the holy, toward Divine worship, toward honoring parents and the dignity of all. Christ heightens that awareness of what is right and just by his actions and his teachings that bear us fruit in every generation. Furthermore, the teachings of the apostles are handed on to us through the Catholic Church which is only dogmatic teachings of Jesus Christ which again helps us form a good conscience through prayer and the sacraments.
