Islam had had enough bashing. Well said. It is high time, we had the chance to speak through rather than run towards violence. Very valid points, Religion and politics do not mix. Non muslims must give love to feel love. You have the heart to do it. This war is in the minds of each and every one of us, not in the laws of man and their codes. It is a personal war for achievement against odds. The survival of faith under overwhelming odds. The faith. Please understand it is not the religion that has caused hate, but the politics. The most beautiful religion is Islam, but its survival has not been easy despite its aggressive expansion in the minds and hearts of people. There in lies the point, Christianity has had the opportunity to subdue and isolate its extremists, although we know there are many alive today who do very well. The KKK the other white supremacy bigots, all subdued by the state, a capable and organised modern law. That has got out of control by all accounts. The nature of islam being to surrender your will to Allah, means that and under duress, the message will be warped in a very different way. They say they say depression is when some one has been too strong for too long, but how about extremism, being when someone has been filled to the brim with faith for the Lord, and then seen the violence and how humble he was to be in the name of the faith. But some would take the bad examples, and take the frustration out, and abandon the way of peace as taught in the large message of the Quaran. Abandon the way of surrender to Gods will, and take matters into their own hands. This involves setting up a situation where a man may use the tools of propaganda, the qua ran and the angst of the human being, to turn them into a tool. It is true many great contributions have been made by this Islamic world and are still being done today. Applaud bravery and the steady hand. Only the surrender of the Islamic faith meant there was no real proceeding in place to prevent the rise of 180 degree extremism. Whereas the west has found it acceptable to intervene when extremism takes over, or it drives it underground. Either way, we have a lot to teach each other. And only then will we find the true nature of our combined spirituality, in acceptance of each others religions.
