The footage highlights a larger problem in Dutch schools, with a growing number of violent youths transferring from Morocco. According to reports, the students have been disrupting the public school system in Holland. And this video certainly supports that claim. Reportedly, Dutch schools are not allowed to expel students for being aggressive, leaving teachers forced to handle out of control students on their own.
