Islamic Quote just keep trust in Allah, He almighty says: (Allah will certainly defend the believers.) Quran [22:38] and here are some more tips: 1)Repel evil with what is good: - Quran [41:34] Be nice to people who are nice to you and even to strangers, The Prophet Muhammad said, "i was sent to perfect good manners.” Get along with others; be nice to your enemy; (Good and evil are not alike. Repel evil with what is good. Then you will find your erstwhile enemy like a close. affectionate friend.-Quran [41:34] ) cooperate; have a good work ethic; get into what is needed, but wait until tomorrow to worry and don’t criticize other people (O you who believe, men should not laugh at other men, for it may be they are better than them - Quran[49:11] ) 2) avoid suspicions: (O you who believe, avoid most suspicions: Some suspicions are indeed sins. -Quran[49:12]) Try to be less critical of others, even just in your head — don’t let yourself become a very judgmental person. If you are angry about something someone did, try to think of one convincing innocent motive. Tell yourself that MOST people are innocent. If you are angry at yourself for something, try to be nice to yourself. You’re probably not a bad person, and if you feel like you are, you can certainly change — nothing is static in life. 3)Maintain a good work ethic; be reliable. Let others do their own self-management and don’t judge other persons’ work. Try to maintain a positive attitude by showing thankfulness, courtesy and amiability to fit with the environment you work in. Keep your skills strong; know and do what is expected. Then you should have little to worry about in your work if you don’t call in sick all the time or come in late. 4) Make changes : (Verily God does not change the state of a people till they change themselves.-Quran [13:11] ) Make changes of the way you are for no one but yourself. Even if people laugh at you and find something to pick on. 5) Learn to block out or accept negative comments others make: The Prophet Muhammad said: “No one is more patient in bearing offensive things that he hears than Allah, may He be glorified and exalted; others are associated with Him, a son is attributed to Him, but He still grants them health and provision."
