Isolated heavy downpours remain possible this evening and overnight tonight. Expect more isolated showers and storms Wednesday afternoon with highs around 90. Overnight lows will be around 70 until a cold front moves through Thursday night. We continue to monitor the progress of a cold front that will push temperatures back into the upper 70s for afternoon highs early next week. The front will also provide a round of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain Thursday afternoon and evening. Even though we are expecting a decent drop in temperatures with the front we are not expecting any organized threat of severe weather. Rain chances will be around this weekend as another front moves into the Tennessee Valley but there will be limited moisture for anything too heavy.
