Israel is an apartheid state that discriminates the Palestine people like black people were under racial discrimination in south africa. Israel has separate roads for Israeli & Palestine citizens, More than 500 military check points to check the Palestinens, discriminatory marriage law, Israel uses Palestinens as cheap labour, Inequality in infrastructures & legal rights to Palestinens, Palestine people in Israeli land are given second & third class citizenship. Only 13% of Palestine people in Israel had given right to vote & 17% of water resources are only given to Palestine and Israel took away 83% of water resources. In a 2007 report, United Nations Special Rapporteur for Palestine John Dugard stated that elements of the Israeli occupation constitute forms of colonialism and of apartheid, which are contrary to international law and suggested that the legal consequences of a prolonged occupation with features of colonialism and apartheid be put to the International Court of Justice. In 2009 South Africas statutory research agency the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) published a report stating that the State of Israel exercises control in the [Occupied Palestinian Territories] with the purpose of maintaining a system of domination by Jews over Palestinians and that this system constitutes a breach of the prohibition of apartheid.
