Israel is now in control of Jerusalem. I looked at the photo below showing the massive and tightly packed crowd of thousands of Christians who were allowed by Israeli authorities to go to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher to celebrate the Holy Fire ritual. The first thing the photo brought to mind was that for the 20 years that Arabs were in control of the Jerusalem holy sites, they allowed ZERO Jews to go to the most sacred Jewish site in the world, the Western Wall. The second thing the photo brought to mind was that crowd control must have been an enormous problem for the Israeli police at the site. Thank God they managed to slow the rushing crowd down enough so that no one was crushed. And then I read the text that accompanied the photo. UN envoy slams Israel’s ‘unacceptable’ police handling of ‘Holy Fire’ ritual in Jerusalem .... Serry said he, along with Italian, Norwegian and Dutch diplomats, was forced to wait for up to 30 minutes... That remark brought a third thought to mind. Serry must be one very stupid bigot.
