The guy mailed me (snail mail) several specific & signed letters, include one which was HAND-WRITTEN ... as if he didnt have anything ELSE to do. I got an email late Monday afternoon that a Menchies store in my area was being sold by an investor who is liquidating. By the time I inquired on behalf of a client the first thing Tuesday, it was already sold. Cest la vie.
