Forecast: Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from the west to southwest will prevail over Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao and coming from the northeast to northwest over the rest of Luzon. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
