Bicol Region, Eastern and Central Visayas, CARAGA and Northern Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the East will prevail over Luzon and the Eastern section of Visayas and of Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
