Issues regarding bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh,I have sent my personal opinion to GOM ([email protected]) through E mail dated 24/10/2013. Send Your Views also to above mentioned E mail ID. last date is 05/11/2013. Dear Sir, I Strongly Disagree with the Procedures Adopted by the Union Cabinet Ministers regarding the Division of Andhra Pradesh. The main problems of the Seemandhra Region is associated with the Capital City Hyderabad. There are number of investors(Small,Medium & Large) of this region who has invested their Money in this City by establishing Companies in Hyderabad. The Crucial Problems that should be considered are detailed below. 1) Revenue generated from Hyderabad through these companies in the form of taxes are transferred to the Telangana. 2) This Raise to Huge deficit to the Budget of Andhra Pradesh if it is bifurcated. There are Lakhs of Crores of rupees invested in the Hyderabad by the investors of this Seemandhra Region. The Balance sheet of Andhra Pradesh will be more liabilities over assets. 3) Other main problem is Education. Where the heaven of Education is located in Hyderabad in various levels of education from kg to pg,different certification courses, national and international level Colleges/universities,academies of various professional courses,IITS,ISB and major Center of Excellence Centres etc., 4)This effects to the fresh and newly emerging entrepreneurs where to place the investment to do the business because there are lack of infrastructural facilities in the new established capital city. 5) Major Question that i raise is, to construct the house of Mukesh Ambani it took almost 7 years and to construct a single flyover it takes nearly 2 to 3 years. How could the Capital City be constructed in 10 years. 6) GOM should recall that Hyderabad has been developed by both the peoples of region of Seemandhra and Telangana for over 60 years and not in single day.Can the region of People in Telangana, come up and develop the Capital city of Seemandhra. 7) Yes, i Can agree that Construction of Assembly and Other Governmental matters regarding and establishing new Government and Rule the state can be done in or over 10 years.. But my major question is how come the GOM assure the Seemandhra Region people in establishing the MNCS in this newly formed Capital City and How the new private sector companies can be formed. As these are not in the hands of Govt. Any MNC tries to opt to better infra-structured and well developed City and this brings to loose a generation gap to this seemandhra region people. 8) I strongly recommend the GOM to kindly go-through the Budget of Andhra Pradesh for over past 10 years and the C & AG report regarding the financial position of AP State. 9) Rayalseema Region is driven fact that it is well drought prone area. There is no proper irrigation facilities. This threatens and fears up the farmers of this region. 10) Final and important suggestion in this case is, shift the Current Capital City of Andhra Pradesh from Hyderabad to some other city in Seemandhra Region of the United Andhra Pradesh State and then see what happens over next 10 years in the new established Capital City and then the people of all over the AP regions well cope up with new established capital and the investors of Telangana Region and People of telangana Physically and Mentally Attached to the feelings of the new capital city... and those current feelings of seemandhra region cannot be explained in such a way that are so associated with Hyderabad over prolonged 60 years.Only after that time only bifurcation be done. Yours Sincerely, Suresh Kumar.
