It a bittersweet day today... my mom is having her surgery to rid her of the damn C word. YAY I am happy that this journey is close to the final stretch, but it so scary to think of what she is enduring right now and what she will have to go through still. It has been a really tough 2 years for my family and we all just want to catch a break; enjoy our lives and and not always have this black cloud of sickness and death following us. try to keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers today, and the next few days, we all appreciate it!
