It amazes me how much judgement and make wrong causes polarization, separation between self and others. It casts out a dense energetic shield and block between us and other... Its so easy from this place to dive into victim story and see how someone has wronged us. That only permeates separation further. Do we want love, connection? Release the victim story, fill your well with self empathy, compassion, and forgiveness let go and release yourself if you have allowed yourself to buy into someones elses make wrong or victim story. It will bring you closer to your heart, deepen your relating and bring you self empowerment! I choose love! Do you?
