It appears to me, more than once, that the ANC lead administration or municipality is coherentely prioritising entertainment over the services that they themselves should be rendering.. As the members of the ANC, we are sure not to turn a blind eye on such. This is done at the expense of the constituencies. If our services were of any importance, they too would arrive a day before expected, but this is not the case.. One has to complain, protest and bring in the national attention & disgrace.. This is a shame and a spat to those who fought & died for the abolition of the minority rule.. Is it for these reason, that we much be cautioned, especially those who are to vote for the first time.. If anything, the stadium, a few meters from the Channel O Lounge should be the budden of proof, and so many things. Community Hall, and the structure itself.. It seems as if we are forgeting where were have evidently been.. I am not discrediting the municipality but they failed a clean audit, yet we are reminded of the significance of voting for the ' vanguard movement .' This, cannot be the case in a povety and skills lacking comummunity of ours.. One would wonder where the so called radicals are.. You dare me to carry on? This is a disgrace..
