It beaks my heart looking at some of the wonderful photos that are posted on this site. As a kid growing up in the 70s I was fascinated by the railway, but sadly wasnt even allowed a trainset........Now im older and the kids have grown up I find myself looking at history that has gone by and no longer there, such wonderful architecture that has either just been demolished or replaced with characterless concrete blocks......How I wish I could go back in time to witness the days gone bye...............
