It doesnt look like Wisconsin is going to fall down and play dead against Auburn like they did against Ohio State. Conspiratory theories abound. Did the Badgers throw the game to give the Buckeyes an opportunity to get into the NCAA playoffs? Wisconsin was already bowl eligible but a win over the Buckeyes would not have moved them into a position to qualify for the playoffs or for one of the major bowls. But a win by the Buckeyes, and a big win, might, and did, push them beyond two Big 12 teams. It is clear that the Big 12 is a superior football conference than the Big 10 this year. However, the end results are clear: more revenue for Ohio State and the Big 10 Conference and Wisconsin. Go NCAA! and no investigation??
