It doesnt matter whether you are a leader in a church or in a business or in your family, if youre interested in growing as a leader, you need to get this set. It is chock full of practical tips about how to get a people group from point A to point B. I am especially loving where Graham has been open and real, sharing where he made some mistakes in leading, and what he is doing differently now, and WHY. Ive had huge questions on where to spend my time.
