It finally happened. Pioneer takes the wraps of a long expected direct drive turntable. Introducing the PLX-1000. Pitched as a replacement for the mighty Technics SL1200, the benchmark to which all other turntables are compared, the PLX certainly looks the part with its stealth fighter black chassis.
